Every change to a claim, rating or note is listed here with the reason, the source and who suggested it. We apply the same evidence standard to every claim, whichever side it helps. The 2026-09-30 changes came mostly from our MAGA-side reviewer: some help right-coded claims (RT2, R08, I02, C09) and one works against them (LT1). The sex-and-gender claims (T01–T09) are now blind-graded. The claims added from two research notes (grievance-studies claims and social contagion) are still starting ratings pending review. A later 2026-09-30 pass by our method reviewer, looking from the left, added the named-holder and mirror rules below, removed five claims no one on record has made, and added matching claims that wait on a blind grade. A legal review the same day removed the Topics view, softened the label on B01, split the Russia and Charlottesville claims into separate sub-claims, and added the corrections, AI-use and privacy notes.
Each line is an outlet's grade moving, what it moved from and to, and how many checked articles it is based on.
