Most claims were worded and locked before their answers were looked up, and the answers came from a separate process that saw only the claim text. Claims marked Changed after review; not re-run blind were re-graded after that step. The sex-and-gender claims (T01–T09) had their wording locked at commit f7b55bb, B01 at 689aa49, and the 12 claims added or reworded on 2026-09-30 at 7568fb8, before blind grading; their official ratings come from those blind passes, and the editor's starting rating is shown where it differed.
We grade factual claims only. What words like "woman" should mean, and what policy should be, are value questions. We do not score them. The sex-and-gender set is not yet balanced across sides, and none of it is scored.
A claim with no qualifying poll is listed only if a real, dated person or group is on record saying it; each such row names them under "On record." Claims added or reworded after review, including matching claims from the other side, wait under Waiting on blind grade: their wording is locked, they have no rating yet, and they are not used in any score.
Fringe beliefs we track for context. They are not scored and are not placed on the map. Numbers are the share who say the belief is true, where a qualifying survey exists. "GAP" means no qualifying survey.
